Hardware Version: V4

Hi

I have a ER605 with one EAP 610 and three EAP115 access points. I use omada controller with one WLAN group to act everything as one site. Almost of all of devices seamlessly between switch access points.

However recently, a couple of my devices wont connect to one particular access point and displays an error "blocked by your administrator". Attached a screenshot.

In omada controller settings, I never blocked any of my devices. I am not sure, if I am missing something.

I appreciate any thoughts to resolve this.

Thanks,

Krishna N

Hi  @nknfive

There is no screenshot. Please attach it again.

What kind of clients are blocked?

What's the model number of the EAP? Is it EAP610 or EAP115?

Is there any wireless client connecting to it?

Please also make sure they are using the same firmware version.

Additionally, did you configure any EAP ACLs? Or lock to AP settings?

@Vincent-TP,

Please check the screenshot now.

Few devices, I could test are mobile phones. But I doubt similiar is happening with a few of smart plugs and other smart appliances.

Other wireless devices are connecting to it. So its functioning.

EAP giving the problem now is EAP115. I have added a EAP 610 recently, that is working fine now.

all of them uses latest firmware.

I also didnt have any 'Lock to AP' or any limits configured for this purpose.
