Model: OC300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.30.7 Build 20250704 Rel.78617

The controller is new here and I am still testing all its features.  One thing that I have noticed is that the Clients list and the corresponding site map are not always accurate.  In my case, I have two identical smart TVs on a separate TV VLAN.  Each is downstream from the router, going through 2 switches and each receives its reserved IP address correctly.  They also stream OK from the internet.  the layout is as follows:

Router ---> SG2008 (Main) ---> SG2208 (Office) ---> TV 1

Router ---> SG2008(Main) ---> SG2008 (Salon) ---> TV 2

Router ---> SG2008 (Main) ---> Controller

One TV (in the Office area) always shows up correctly in the Clients list and on the map.  The other TV either does not show up at all or it is displayed as being connected to the Main switch and not the downstream switch.

I also noticed that my main PC never shows up in the Clients list or appears on the map.  It, like the TVs, is downstream through 2 switches.  If this is a bug, it is a minor one.

The clients list and map appear to be working now.  I rebooted all the switches and the controller.  Oddly enough, to get the PC to show up correctly, I had to reconfigure the switch access port to the "All" profile and configure the PC with a static IP on the default VLAN.  I then restored the settings on the switch and the PC and everything is working.

Hi  @jra11500

Thanks for posting here.

Please try the following and see if it helps.

1. Reboot the TV2;

2. Reboot the main switch and the office switch;

3. Reboot the OC300;

4. Clear the cache of the web browser.

Hi  @jra11500

Sometimes, the topology may have minor inaccuracies due to topology, VLAN configuration, etc.

The exact cause can be difficult to pinpoint, but a restart usually resolves the issue, and it often recovers automatically as well.

Thank you for your feedback - we'll continue monitoring this behavior.
