Odd - since a reset didn't fix it before, I excluded this solution.

The support team recommended that I do a Force Provision in the controller for the router.  That fixed the issue with the wrong IP address being used for the remote logging server.

One would think that a factory reset would erase everything in the memory.  Not knowing what a Forced Provision does as compared to a factory reset, I was really surprised that it fixed the issue.  In any case, I did send some additional files to the support team who investigated this.  If there are any "glitches", I'm sure they will be fixed in a new firmware release..  Thanks for your assistance.
