Deco Firmware update will not download

My app shows firmware updates are available, but they will not download. Why might that be, please?

If you are trying to download the firmware via ethernet try switching to wifi to download them. Also try moving your deco unit closer to the main unit.

@Grounded Thank you for responding. I am attempting to download over wifi and it is new firmware for the main unit which is refusing to download.

Have you tried hooking the main unit up via Ethernet cable to see if it will download then?

@Grounded My main unit is operating as router, so it is jacked directly into the optical outlet. That is how I was originally advised to set it up a few years ago and it has served me well. It is only now I am experiencing a problem updating the firmware.
