Hello,

I have several ER706W routers, and from time to time I’m unable to log in to some of them. After entering the credentials, the page sometimes loads only partially, or there is no response at all when clicking the log-in button. I’ve tested this on different browsers, but the issue persists. The only thing that helps is a restart.

At the moment, I have this problem on three devices.

May I confirm whether the device model is ER706W?
The screenshot you provided is from the Omada Controller interface, which is different from the ER706W’s own Web UI. Are you managing these ER706Ws through the Omada Controller, or are you logging into each ER706W directly?

Please also check our official website to verify that the firmware is up to date; the latest release for ER706W is V1_1.2.2 Build 20250821.

If the Omada Controller page cannot be opened, make sure no firewall rule or browser setting is blocking it.
In addition, how are you trying to reach the management interface—by IP address?
If you are accessing it across the Internet, have you configured the corresponding port-forwarding rules?
