Hi,

I have an Omada OC200 v1 controller running Omada SDN Controller V5.15.24.21 with firmware version 1.36.7 Build 20250707 Rel.72474.

In the OC200 web interface, I see the message: “A new version of Omada Controller is available for upgrade. Release Notes for Omada SDN Controller V6.0.0.34.”

I tried to update three times. The download completed successfully, but the reboot that should follow never happened.

The OC200 responds to ping, but when I try to access its web interface, the page is not available.

The LEDs stayed on the whole time, but the OC200 became unresponsive. I had to disconnect the RJ45 cable to force a restart.

Unfortunately, it still keeps the original version.

Same here OC200 V1 Failed to upgrade. for the first time. I had to reboot the controller after 1h because cannot connect to it after "upgrade process". The rest of the network was still functioning switch, 2 wifi, etc. After downloading process and reboot countdown the upgrade page had gone not responding after (tried with firefox, chrome). The ping towards the controller device never halted during the upgrade and so called reboot process. So I decided to unplug the power. During controller reboot all was ok, wait to start up, adopting all the devices but the firmware was not changed and seems again ask me to upgrade - running on same firmware even after "failed upgrade" from
5.15.24.211.36.7 Build 20250707 Rel.72474
the proposed upgrade "New Controller software 1.37.10 Build 20251118 Rel.39419 is now available."

After 3 fails attempts I had to skip this upgrade. Never had this problem and upgraded couple of times. So guys you have a problem with this firmware. On my side nothing changed as configuration from months so no reason not to go this time unless something is screwed

I tried 4th times. I had an USB stick plugged in the controller for backups. I removed the USB stick and tried again. So after upgrade process rebooted and went to login page as usually.
