Hi, 

 

I need some help regarding the issue im experiencing, this was happening for quite some time now, the only solution i have is to pull the power plug out and in to re-adopt the device (gateway)

 

The gateway is on different site from software controller, i follow the kb / guide on "adopt failed" but it just repeating from time to time, and the thing is other device (switch and ap) is still connected, i adopt them all the same way by using inform url.

 

As of now this is the status (screenshot)

 

I believed that i have configure the port forwarding correct because i can see the other devices as connected, clicking "Retry" wont change a bit, all i have to do is to pull the plug out and in again but as i say this device is on different site.

 

Any help or recommendation and explanation why this happens?

Is my device "dying" ?
