Recién compre mi cámara tapo C500, y aun no la instalo en la pared. Ingrese la SD y la reconoce bien al principio pero si se reinicia o pierde corriente ya no detecta la SD y tengo que abrir la bandeja para quitar y volver a poner la SD, aun no pruebo con cotras SD

After the problem happens, you can try to tap the "Reboot Camera" button on the Tapo app>Camera Settings page of the Tapo C500 to reboot the camera and then check if the camera will recognize the SD card again. And please ensure the firmware of the Tapo C500 is up to date to achieve new features or good performance.

hola, tengo el mismo problema con la cámara C510W.
Tengo la versión de software 1.0.8
Si me quedo sin luz por lo que sea la camara no detecta la sd. He probado a reiniciar desde la aplicación pero nada, la única forma es abriendo l bandeja y quitando y poniendo la sd.
Sipomgo que si nos pasa a mas de uno sea algo de software y lo solucionen.
Mi micro sd es de 32GB.
