I physically removed all of my Kasa Smart Bulbs because of many issues I was having connecting to my internet. I still have three of the devices (offline) showing up under my list of devices. How can I remove them from my list? I already removed them from my list of Verizon devices. I've tried everything......

Do you mean your devices within the Kasa App, or are the devices listed in your router's client list?
If it is your router list, the devices should eventually fade out after a period.
You can delete your offline devices in the Kasa App by long pressing on the device and using the delete button that will appear. The steps to do this are outlined in this FAQ: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2652/
