Hi,
I have a customer who has a number of the consumer AP500 (AC1900 Wireless Gigabit) access points. They are working OK, now they want to add some additional access points (an outside area and a new floor).

My question is, is there a firmware or a "hack" to add the AP500's to the EAP? I am thinking this is the best way to achieve this. They don't really see the value in throwing out the TP APs they are already happy with and I get where they are coming from. Any way, I said I would ask!

Thanks all

Michael

Hi,

Do you mean you want to add some new EAP to the network. EAP serial products can centralized managed by EAP Controller. It is easy for you to add new EAP. Just adopt these new EAPs with EAP Controller, then EAP Controller will configure these EAPs automatically.
