Hello all,

 

I just bought the AV2000 combo kit (2 adapters, each with 2x1GB ethernet connections).

The house is 4 years old (so rather new). i specifically had the contractor have the 2 outlets on the same circuit, and it's around 8M.

Expecting around, well...1GB? I'm getting 175MB. so low.

 

any ideas?

 

obviously, connected to the wall, new sockets, no extension cable, nothing in between.

Follow https://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-2231.html to do some troubleshooting and narrow down the issue;

with more details, it will be easier to fix it.

tried the link, followed everything.

No change.

guess i'm stuck with what I have. but what a guessing game going with this tech....

Hi so which case you belong to? case 1 or 2?

And what kind of further troubleshooting you have done? Any updates?
