Hi after opening and connecting to the web gui of the managed switch I've tried to configure some setting but after turn off the IPV6 enable settings..then I can't connect to the switch... I can't even ping it... I tried rebooting the switch then noticed that the SYS LED starts blinking.. That means the switch is improperly working right? Any help or tips?

 

Edit: so finally after rebooting a lot , we managed to open the GUI but the SYS LED is still blinking.. we tried to restore to factory default but its still blinking..

The normal status of SYS LED is blinking. The POW LED light all the time. If you can manage the switch, then it works normally.
