both my cpe510s stopped working same day

right in the middle of what i was doing

i tried cycling

i did resets on both

 neither will let me get to the dash board

they dont even register that i have anything plugged into the eth ports

the browser keeps saying there is no internet

my comp that i am attempting to connect with are set to 192.168.0.10

and i am attempting to connect to 192.168.0.254

subnet mask is set to 255.255.255.0

no idea... they seem bricked ... but both at he same time?

no extreeme weather outside... using shielded cat5e
