No channel for EAP245 but Wall Access Point Fine

Model: EAP245
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 2.20.0 Build 20200423

I have setup a network with 2 access points,a ceiling EAP245 and a wall access point 225.   All clients seem to be connecting to the Wall Point.   In the Omada controller interface under access points, the two are listed the wall one has channels listed (1(2.4G, 40(5G)) but the EAP245 just has "--".   I have tried setting it to specific channels, turning down the Tx Power, rebooting etc and nothing seems to work.

any ideas?

@richb78uk, did you assign the EAP245 to a WLAN group in the AP's configurstion menu?

@richb78uk I am having this exact same issue with the wall access point. Did you find a fix?

Thanks

Dear @rsmith1749,

I noticed that you have raised the problem in a new thread and Philbert has answered in this post.

Please check the version of your Omada Controller, ensure the EAP firmware is compatible with the controller.
