Hello everyone.

I have an issue regarding using VPN via Wifi. Wired works fine, but I want to make Wifi work stable.

I work from home and need vpn to connect company network, when I use wifi the connection

sometimes connection drops and I need everytime re-connect to vpn again. With wired no such issue.

Any idea what can be the cause and how to solve it ?

Regards, Dmitry

Hello,

Is the wireless connection on your computer stable when connected to the A5 wireless? Is the computer connected to 2.4GHz or 5GHz? You may try another band.

What is the speed you can get when the computer is connected to the A5 wireless? You may run the speedtest 3 times and show us the results. Please also confirm what is the wireless link speed on the computer: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2265/.

BTW, what is the upload and download speed you are provided by your ISP?

If the wireless actual speed is not good, you may try to change the wireless settings on the A5 and see if it helps:

May it help.
