wifi unstable

My router blinks all the time. I tried turning it off and on again but it just doesnt stay stable. It goes on and a few minutes later starts blinking and my device gets a "authentication error" report
What can I do to get it right?

How long have you had the router and when did the issue start?
If possible, could you please share a video clip here?
Have you tried to reset the router by holding the reset button for 10s till all the lights turn on then off？
