Hi there,

We're using 9 piece of Deco M5 in our house, and all of our devices can operate in  Wi-FI 5 mode (AC), we do not have old wireless devices.

I was wondering is there any ways to change settings, so that all deco's will only use AC in 5ghz and N in 2.4ghz?

What are chances, that 2.4ghz running B or G sometimes ? Or they always use latest mode, if no older devices connected ?

Hello, thanks for asking.

 

While there is no option to change the wireless settings on the Deco app. We have noted it now, and we will keep an eye on this kind of request then forward it to the developers for evaluation.

Hi there,

But if all devices support AC, does it mean, that Deco will automatically by default use AC at all time ?

The same goes with N. 

In other words, 5 devices that support AC connect to Deco and Deco will use AC ?

5 devices that support N connect to Deco and Deco will use N ? (not B or G)
