Model: Archer C1200
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.2

I am unable to connect multiple devices through LAN to my router. With one device connected via LAN, everything is working fine but, as soon as I connect a second LAN device, it says no network access. I am not able to access the router login page as well when there are more than 1 device connected via LAN.

I have tried resetting the router multiple times and rebooting all the LAN devices.

WiFi connections are working fine regardless of how many devices are connected to the LAN ports.

I am stuck and out of ideas and confused as to what the issue is.

I would really appreciate some help regarding this.

Thanks!

@Muths

Hello, sorry to hear that you encounter issues with the router. Please help confirm below and we will try to figure it out:

May I know who is your ISP? What is the WAN connection type on the C1200?

Is there any other router or RE in the network? How is the C1200 connected to the network?

How many clients are connected to the C1200 most of the time, both wired and wireless? Ensure there is no LAN port reserved for IPTV or IP phone, you may log into the router web interface Advanced->Network->IPTV to confirm it.

Please check the IP address and default gateway with the second computer connected to the C1200 with Ethernet cable and show me the status-details page.

If you can still get a correct IP address assigned by C1200, try to do a ping test, ping the gateway, which is the C1200's IP address, and show me the results. How to perform the ping test? Refer to the below guide:

Thanks a lot~
