@Sunshine I have  similar kind of issue; I am using MR-6500v. I was using jio sim, both internet and landline was working fine. Recently I have changed to VI and I am able to access the internet but not the landline. Dial tone is there but not able to call and when I try to call that number it says it's out of coverage area. Checked with the APN and also upgraded to latest firmware

@sharu_tagaru yes not working it from now try to reset router
