EAP 225 Outdoor in Omada v3.2.14 not showing data
EAP 225 Outdoor in Omada v3.2.14 not showing data
I tried setting up Omada (3.2.14) with my EAP 225-Outdoor (1.20.0 Build 20200422 Rel. 70543) and EAP 245 V1 (1.4.0 Build 20180323 Rel. 32551). It seems to work, but I can't see any clients listed or details about it. Clients can connect, but no data is showing up.

Here's what I see:
Notice how there's nothing for channel, clien number/download/upload are all 0. If I turn off the EAP245 device, I'm still able to connect the network just fine, but still empty/0 for the stats for the outdoor one.
It's because the EAP225-Outdoor is running with a firmware that adapts Controller v4, downgrade the firmware will fix it.
Here is the EAP225-Outdoor(US) firmware for Controller v3.

The Clients page should be like this, we can see the Download, Upload, Rate, Active time.
Here is the User Guide of 3.2.1 Controller.
Can you paste a picture of what you mentioned?

Seems it's a compatible issue, you may contact TP-Link and ask them to send you the firmware that compatible with your V3 Controller for EAP225-Outdoor.

@Virgo Thanks - I've sent a request to TP-Link to see if I can get a firmware that supports the V3 Omada software. Kind of annoying that it says it supports it, but they don't provide a firmware that works with it.
