Model: EAP110-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 5.0.1 Build 20210316 Rel. 38795

Have totally 17 EAP225, 3 EAP110 Outdoor, 4 EAP110, a  Safestream TL-R605 V1.0 Firmware 1.1.0 20210512 Rel 47886, an Omada Controller OC200 4.3.5 Firmware 1.8.0 Build 20210406 Rel.58757, a gigabit PoE switch and an 8 port gigabit switch.

Two of the EAP110 Outdoor units and one EAP110 indoor unit functioned well since February. After replacing a few days ago the software controller with an OC200 the three EAP110 units became unstable. They seem to be losing connection and are being Adopted, Provisioned and connected over and over again several times during the day while all other equipment on the same LAN remain always connected and stable.

Please advice.

@ParisKokkinos

What's the firmware and hardware version of those unstable units, two of the EAP110 Outdoor units and one EAP110 indoor unit?

Make sure their firmware version can fit V4 Controller perfectly, otherwise there might be problems.

If you suspect there are other caused, you could make a swap test, if they are all the same, then swap the working unit with the unstable one, and check if the problem follows the unstable units or fixed on that location.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
