Share internet with hotspot

Hi guys,
I need your help. Basically I moved home and I have more than 25 wifi devices and the temporary solution from ISP (hotspot) only allow 10 connections.
The workaround that I'm trying to do is:
1) Hotspot with wifi SSID xxxG and I only access with 3/4 important devices including the PC.
2) On PC I get inside that xxxG network (192.168.0.1) and Share Internet Connection via Ethernet adapter to the WAN port on the Archer C20.
2.1) The ethernet have static ip of 192.168.137.1
3) On Archer settings I have this:
Mode: Access Point
Wireless 2,4Ghz
SSID: xxxA
LAN
MAC Address: XXX
IP Address: 192.168.137.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
DHCP Settings
DHCP Server: Enable
Start IP Address: 192.168.137.100
End IP Address: 192.168.137.199
Address Lease Time: 60 minutes
Default Gateway: 192.168.137.1
Default Domain: tplinkwifi.net
DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS Server: 8.8.4.4
All devices enter xxxA perfectly and get IP but no internet connection. I tried to set auto IP on the Ethernet adapter but doing that with the same subnet it will drain the 10 devices and not creating a new set of devices like it's needed.
Advise please?

I changed to this and started working! .....
Ethernet adapter
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.137.2(Preferred)
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.137.1
Basically it's working with the "quick setup" and Static IP 192.168.137.1.
Shared Internet via adapter and placed that adapter with the setup above...

Configure A2 in AP mode following this guide (case 1). DHCP service on the router in AP mode should be disabled.
Set your router's WAN (blue) port to Dynamic IP, then connect the ethernet port of your PC to the WAN(blue) port of the router.
The ICS service on your PC provides DHCP and NAT service to your router and you should have an Internet access on devices connected to the router.
If you have difficulties configuring ICS on your PC follow this thread.

@terziyski I tried that in a million ways but still have no internet connection. I traded it for a tp-wa801n bit it haven't made it possible...
Any advise on share computer internet? I need to get it via WiFi and share via wan to the router so I can make a new wifi network with lot more than 10 devices

@terziyski I did like the main post I placed, the only difference now is that I'm using the TL-WA801N.
Same settings with AP enabled and still can't get internet... Is there any way to test if my pc is really providing internet to router?

Should be the same configuration with TL-WA801N in AP mode.
Observe the the ethernet port configuration when set as Smart IP(DHCP).
It should receive an IP address in 192.168.137.0/24 subnet if you've configured the ICS properly.

@terziyski Still don't work, now I can't resolve IP and connect at all..
I have set like AP with Static IP because otherwise I could not set to 192.168.137.1 (router have 192.168.0.1), SmartIP was with 192.168.0.254 and DHCP was not possible to disable..
After that, can't connect... any advise?
