Model: Archer C60
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 Build 20201231 rel.39772

I Have 2 Archer C60 routers and they both got OTA Firmware upgrade, Went ahead and installed the new update from Tether App and all of a sudden both devices started malfunctioning and refuse to reset/restore. Tried both methods from dedicated reset button on the back and from web interface too.

@Hyperfire

Hi,

Is "1.2.0 Build 20201231 rel.39772" the version information that is currently displayed in the web interface since after the upgrade or is that the version you had before the firmware upgrade?

Is there any response from the router's LEDs when you press and hold the physical reset button for 10 seconds or so? (like all flash in sync or all light up or all go off)

@woozle

1. The firmaware version I mentioned is after the upgrade.

2. The power LED blinks forever when Reset button is pushed where if done through web interface there aren't any changes in LED's

@Hyperfire

As this firmware is already one year old we can assume that this version is likely what most owners of C60 V3 routers are using by now. So it's strange that you are facing those problems.

I think you will require support from TP-Link's engineers to solve this.

If you are desperate to do something, then you could try if flashing the same firmware again via the "Manual Upgrade" function in the website interface makes any difference. Just make sure you download the correct firmware file for your router from TP-Link's support website.

@woozle yes. It's strange that both my routers are having the same issue and at the same time no one in the community is talking about this.

I tried Manually flashing the firmware through web interface it's not helping.
