MyPhone and Laptop doesnt see the eap225 access point

Hi Guys
i have bought 7 EAP225-Outdoor
My Laptop and Cellphone doesnt see all 7 of them
Is there a setting to make this device visible to laptop and cellphones

There is no setting for specifically laptops or cells, its either broadcasting or not
What models are the devices that cannot see the wifi? (cell and laptop) Can other devices see it? when you configured the Wifi did you set both 2.4 and 5ghz?
Are you running these standalone or via controller?
Any info you can provide would help us diagnose this for you

On right side of the EAP225 there should be a green LED status bar. Is yours on and is it solid, flashing, yellow?
Did you log into each AP and configure them?
How many of the APs are wired?
Verify you connected the AP to the POE port of the passive injector supplied with it, and the LAN port goes to your switch/router/uplink.
