Hi @Stanleek
May I know the device model that you are doing fixed IP address? Is that a mobile phone/laptop or a camera?
Could you please check the MAC address of the device(on itself label) if it is the same one as under Controller Settings-->Service->DHCP Reservation list?
1. Please disable the "Dynamic MAC“ or "Privacy Address" feature if the device support;
2. Please share more details about your client devices' model and the network settings you've done, so we can do further research.

@Stanleek Have you tried old firmware V1.2.0? I saw some posts mentioned that the problem only happens once they update to V1.2.1 firmware
