Firmware Version: 1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210727 Rel.33453n

SIM Card not detecting and showing latest firmware (1.5.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210914 Rel.59719n) but could not upgrade to new firmware also.

Hi, was it working fine before? and what happened before the problem started happening? such as if there is any power outage especially during a firmware update?

Please try to factory reset as well: with the device powered on, press and hold the reset button for about 10s until power LED start flashing.
