no internet access, dns server not responding, couldn resolve host name

Hardware Version : V4
Firmware Version : .24
ISP : 7 star ethernet cable
i have been facing this issue everyday, i configured my router and it worked fine but in between no data is received and when i check the logo in the tray it says no internet access, in my playbook it says couldnt resolve the host name in i pad mini it doesnt at all.
i use to switch off and on it worked at times but now nothing is helping.
i checked primary dns to 8.8.8.8 still no internet access wat is the issue can anyone tell
