Switch fail TL-SG1016DE , firmware or hardware?

Model: TL-SG1016DE
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20210512 Rel.40727

I recently added a TL-SG1016DE in a client, the configuration it allows is quite basic, but I work with vlans, so it works for me.

my client's network:

*Mikrotik (RB 3011 Router) PORT6 to SW-A (TRUNK)

*Switch A (css326 Mikrotik) "SW-A" PORT 5 to "SW-B" port 16 (TRUNK)

*Switch B (SG1016DE) "SW-A" PORT 16 to "SW-A Port 5" (TRUNK)

Before everything worked correctly, for reasons of 100m or 1000mb it was changed to this switch TL-SD1016DE

I can ensure that the configuration of VLANS and NETWORKS is correct.

--SG1016DE--config--SW-B--

DCHP:disable
Static ip 10.200.255.198
mask 255.255.0.0
Gateway 10.200.0.1

vlan ids (10 - 20 - 30 - 200)

Port 1-4 vlan-id 10
port 5-10 vlan-id 20
Port 11-14 (not used)
Port 15 (EAP245) vlan-id 1 (omada mgnt vlan id 200)
Port 16 TRUNK vlan-id 1

Problem?
when I turn on the switch everything works fine, all devices can access their networks, the node works fine.

After an instant (it can be 10 minutes or 5 hours), I lose the connection of "SG1016DE" "SW-B", the ping does not respond and I cannot access the web to see the configuration. At times it has happened to me that it accesses super slowly to see username and password, but then I click and nothing works.

I sincerely believe that there is no problem in my configuration, it always worked, the cables are ok, I think it is a TPLINK firmware or hardware problem, but TODAY it is the most current firmware that I have to download.

Any ideas? warranty?

  @BruMa

Have you tried to change the TL-SG1016DE to static?

I also think it could be a hardware issue, maybe the switch just can't keep the settings and go back to default after a while.

switch 1016 has static IP, maybe the problem is that tplink does not use vlan on DHCP config. I think that if they manufacture a switch compatible with vlan they should have that section

Maybe there is a loop and a port gets blocked after a while. Have you checked the syslog for any suspicious STP/RSTP messages? If you don’t have the Spanning Tree function enabled, turn it on.

  @Hank21

Thanks, I'll be looking into the issue.

I bring more news

The problem is not only with the 1016DE, it is also with the 105E and 108E::

The entire series of BASIC switches that allow VLANs work very poorly.

generate conflicts in the networks.

I have many EAP NODES.. 115, 265HD, 245, 110out, 225out, 225, 620HD.

They all went crazy, they are not able to work on PORTAL, authentications fail.

I have the report of several clients where these switches have been placed
