I would like to completely replace my Ubiquiti hardware with TP-Link (private).
Have 2 switches and 4 APs installed in the house. Omada Cloud managed.
In 5 days the 30 days trial version for the cloud controller devices expires.

For 2 weeks !!! I try to reach the TP-Link Sales: By phone, by email because I want to buy licenses.

No one gets back to me!!!

It is really frustrating. I am about to send all the hardware back.

Yes, the case has already been escalated to the German TP-Link Sales department for high attention last week. And it should been handled properly now.
