On my Omada cloud controler, since version 5.6.3, i can't update my device because I have not a message for update.
I click on button Version 'check for update', but no message for upgrading...
5.6.3 is the latest version available for the Software Controller
You are likely not getting any response to check for updates as there are none available.

I don't want update my controller
but i want my device.
For example, I have ER605 V.2 in version 2.0.1 and other ER605V2 in version 2.0
I can't update ER605 in 2.0.1.. no message for update.
Perhaps the latest firmware for the gateway has not yet been synced to the cloud, you can go to the official website and download the firmware version and upgrade manually.

Do you know where is the firmware in the omada sdn ?
