Omada OC200 Hardware Controller v5.6.4 vs Software controller V 5.7.4
Hi,
I see the software controller version is not 5.7.4 while the hardware controller which I have is only 5.6.4. Is there a plan to bring it in line with the software controller version?
Kind regards,
Paul

@paulrob Hardware controller updates have usually been coming 2-4 weeks after the release of a new software controller version.

Okay, thanks. It's just that I'm having a bunch of issues with configuring my network, and I'm not sure if it's the controller or the ER605 or my own learning curve. Can't get IPv6 working in this Omada HW controller with the ER605 even though I previously had it working fine on my old AX55 router without Omada. I tried using the software controller on my Win 11 pc but couldn't get that running.

Can your IPv6 service work with this ER605 in standalone mode?
Maybe try to upgrade the ER605 firmware. ER605 with old firmware does not support IPv6.
I purchased an ER605 in 2021 early and at that time the router did not have IPv6.

@Somnus Thanks for the reply.
My ER605 (V2 hardware) is a new machine, purchased last month and has the current firmware. Also my Omada OC200 controller's firmware is up to date.
I did try the ER605 in standalone mode by unpairing it from the controller then removing the controller from my network then factory-resetting the ER605, then trying an IPv6 setup on the ER605 WAN connected to my ISP's modem. Doesn't work. My "old" TP-Link AX55 does work ok in IPv6 on the same ISP WAN, so it's not the ISP or the ISP's modem that's the problem. I've posted more about that testing today over here if you want to see the details.: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/591706
