ER605 How to monitor when WAN(ISP) goes up and down?

I have dual WAN configured on WAN/WAN1 with link backup enabled.
I want to know how I can monitor and log when my ISP goes down and when it comes back up. From the attached log, I can only see when the WAN is Down but not when the backup link switches over or when the WAN is back up.
How can I monitor and log when the ER605 switches to the backup WAN(and back again) and when the failed WAN link is back up again?
