OC200 would the real slim shady please stand up?
This seems to be a common theme among TP-Link hardware for me so far.
I have an OC200 and on the box and the sticker on the bottom it says it's a version 2.6. On the controller status page in the interface it shows Model OC200 2.0.
Considering it might be really bad to download and install the wrong firmware for the wrong version, it seems knowing the actual hardware version is important.
I have the same issue with my 670 AP showing different hardware versions on the box, the sticker and the interface.
I'm going to make an assumption that they only show the major base version in the interface but that seems like a bad idea to me.
Thanks for any advice on this.
