  @Fae Hi,

I have the issue where my ER605 constantly sends messages stating the OC200 is connected despite changing the DHCP lease time to the highest amount.

I have downloaded the Beta firmware but when I unzip it I get a folder ending in .BIN but no contents or file I can upload to the router.

thanks

Hello @andynw1

The .BIN file is the firmware, please upload the .bin file to upgrade the firmware.

  @Fae

I don't get a .bin file to upload when I decompress the .zip file, just that folder ending in .bin which does nothing.

when I decompress the other (last official firmware) it works fine but the beta won't.

Hello @andynw1

I just downloaded the Beta firmware for checking. After decompressing the downloaded zip file, there should be one folder containing the BIN file and a same BIN file without folder. The BIN file is the firmware. If you still have trouble, I'll create a support email to provide you the BIN file.

Hello @andynw1 @Thoemu,

Thank you for your feedback! Sorry that the Beta firmware was not properly compressed, it's recompressed and re-uploaded now. I just updated the Beta download link to correct the issue. Please take your time to check it. Thanks!

  @Fae Post install, it will not allow browser login to management from the Safari browser.  Dialog says "Unsupported browser! Please update or use a different browser."

I've seen that error before post firmware install, but usually reloading fixes... but not in this case.

Hello @blackburied

Please open your Safari browser in Incognito mode, or clear the browser cache before you try to visit the management page of the router.

Curious to see if this Beta version of firmware fixed anyones issues.  I upgraded my ER605 with it and it is still exhibiting the same behavior where it gets disconnected every 20 minutes or so on  a loop.

  @Brandon181062 unfortunately I came on holiday just after the beta and didn't want to mess up my system while I was away. I will install it on Sunday and feedback.
