ER605 v1.0 Dowload/Upload speeds more than 1/2 the speed I pay for

I have a ER605 v1.0 on Firmware 1.2.1 Build 20220512 Rel.76748 being managed by a OC200 1.0 with Firmware 1.21.7 Build 20221206 Rel.58608. I recently upgrade from a 500mbps cable internet to a 2gbps up/down fiber internet. When. I was on the 500mbps plan, I would get speeds on my ER605 around 400mbps. I just assumed that I was not getting the full 500mbps I was paying the cable company for. When I upgraded to the 2gbps fiber plan, my download speed has stayed the same of around 400mbps, and the upload speed wne up to about 200mbps. I know with the ER605, I can only max out at 1000mbps, so I am not expecting the 2gbps speed I am paying for, but I would expect the download and upload speed to be right around 1000mbps and not hovering around 400mbps. I have not made much changes to my ER605 since taking it out of the box. Most settings are defaults. I do have bandwidth control turned off. I can not figure out why the speed is so low on the router. Any suggestion on what I can do to get the speed I should be getting?

Did you setup Access Control?
You may try resetting the router and keep it in standalone default mode. Then run the speed test again. This test will prevent any influence from the controller's current settings.
No worry the configurations. All settings are still saved on your controller. You just need to re-adopt the router on the Controller later.
