L2TP works with win11 but not with win10
Hi!
I set up L2TP VPN on ER605 OMADA VPN Router. I can connect to this VPN server from Windows 11 (from other network) but can't connect from Windows 10. I generate 4 user, all of them work with win11, but none of them with win10. The other network is the same, the win10 and win11 use same wan IP adress.
I found this, and try it, but not works:

Could you help me?
Thanks

I found this: https://windowsreport.com/cannot-connect-l2tp-vpn-windows-10/
And its works. I create the 2 dword and enable the defender firewall rules and now I able to connect. (only try 1 pc, but I thinks the others will be fine)
And need this: on the VPN connection adapter.
Press Windows + R to open Run, type ncpa.cpl, and click OK.
Right-click on the VPN, and choose Properties.
Navigate to the Security tab, and then choose Optional encryption (connect even if no encryption) from the Data encryption dropdown menu. BUT WORKS WITH REQUIRE SECURITY TOO
Now, select Allow these protocols, tick the checkboxes for Challenge Handshake Authentication Protocol (CHAP) and Microsoft CHAP Version 2 (MS-CHAP v2), and then click OK to save the changes.
Thanks for evryone!

Try OpenVPN.
Tplink router L2TP has some default encryptions but we can't modify it. Maybe your win10 PCs just cannot work with that.
Another solution is to disable "Encryption" on your L2TP server settings page. But that means no pre-sahred key and the tunnel is not secured.

@Somnus Thank, if I can't solve it, I will setup OpenVpn.
I tried L2TP with win10 (22H2) with 3 laptop and 1 desktop from 2 different network connection. I hope there is a solution for my problem.
