When i try speedtest at OC200 it trys to do it but after when it shows 2 prosent has passed it fails. What to do? I think this is firmware related becouse with older firmware it worked. With newest firmware it stopped working.

Test made with OC300 V1 in 5.9.32 and ER7206 in 1.3.0.
Same issue.
My internet connection is based on Docsis protocol (cable connection)
On VDSL, the test is completed but no data is returned.

@E-T I'm having the same problem with router ER7206 v1.0 Firmware Ver. 1.3.0 on a dual WAN configuration. I have updated my controller to the latest available version 5.9.32 and SpeedTest is not working.
I have also tested with DNS proxy ON and OFF, but the results have been the same. It seems that the problem is related to a bug on the router firmware version 1.3.0
Others have tested with previos router firmware version and they seem to be working just fine.

@satelite I'm having the same issue. This is causing problems on a remote site. I am unable to determine if the local "cellular" internet connection is performing well or if i need to manually reboot it which i occasionally need to do. Would be great if the TP-Link Omada team would chime in on this. The speedtest feature is obviously relide upon for various reasons.

@KimcheeGUN I've tried using default DHCP DNS as well as google DNS on both WAN and LAN to no avail.

They have removed the speedtest feature on the latest firmware, it looks like the interface is no longer maintained on the controller.

speed test was removed/discontinued several versions ago. that's what I learned from them.
i assume it could be the API cost or API technical issue or inaccurate results from the speedtest.net
