Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.1.2 Build 20230210 Rel.62992

I have two internets. ppoe ok, another router offered by the internet operator. I'll call it R1 and R2. R1 connects via ppoe on port 1 of the er605. Internets ok.load balance ok.The r2 connects via dynamic IP on the er605.the IP of the R2 is dhcp 192.168.100.1.can you create a static route from port 1 of the r2 to port 2, wan/Lan of the er 605? If I put a device on port 2 of R2, I cannot access the 192.168.0.1 network on the er605

You can't connect the PC to the ZTE LAN, it will never 'see' through the WAN1 interface of the ER605 (ie it will be a sad little island between your network and the internet).  Reconnect your PC on the ER605 LAN and it should behave better.

Ok, it's a little confusing what you wrote...diagram would help.  It's confusing if R1 and R2 are both considered WAN connection, or not (they should be).

It sounds like R2 is Starlink, which is CGNAT, which means you can connect outbound from your LAN(s) to the internet, but there is no hope for port forwarding from the internet back to the LAN side.

LAN port 1 is connected to the ER605's WAN/LAN1 port

It is not CGNAT. This is Router 2.

In the image below, my PC is connected on port 2, if I ping 192.168.0.1 it fails, so I want to create a static route to access network 192.168.0.1

Yes, it works normally, even when I'm on my cell phone. which is on the 192.168.10.x network, all equipment goes through the Internet from ZTE. the 192.168.0.1 network is only for the PC. I put it on port 2 of ZTE to test. Thank you very much.

I'm sorry, but as a fellow user, I'm not able to create a static route for you. However, have you tried contacting the manufacturer or a technical support team for assistance? They may be able to guide you through the process or provide you with the necessary steps to configure your network properly. It's always a good idea to Call for help when you encounter technical issues that you're not able to solve on your own. Good luck with your setup!
