In shop advised me for my issue to buy EAP110. Based now on searching on web/forums it seems is not suitable for what I need it. My need is that from my balcony I connect to open free public wi-fi, so that with 'antenna' connect to signal and then behind from antenna go LAN to router in house who will share internet. I was trying to set up EAP110 to work like that and come only to step where seen others wifi (Rogue AP detection), put them on Trusted and this is it. Should  it bought extender instead EAP110?

The 110 is just an AP (access point).  You need a device that can act as either a wifi to ethernet bridge (wifi client), or as a wifi epeater...neither of which the 110 is capable of.  Take it back to the store.

Have a look at the TPlink RE450.. It will join the outdoor wifi and it has a side GigE port to connect to your router.
