Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.1.2 Build 20230210 Rel.62992

I am trying to block the new TLD of .zip & .mov on my ER605 with the web interface. I set up a rule in web filtering, URL filtering and set it up to block *.zip , *.mov. But I can still access these sites. What am I doing wrong?

  @cmartorelli

I found it took a reboot to force the URL filter to apply, this happened on two sites I know

Reboot fixed both

  @cmartorelli  I used url path not keywords, but just changed it to keyword and still no luck

I just relized I also had a * in front of the TLD (*.zip)> I removed the * and changed ti keyword and it works.

Thanks for the help!
