ER606 disable IP6
I have a ER605 and I understand it does not support a firewall with IP6. If I do not enable IP6 in the WAN tab is IP6 off, thus I have a firewall for my network?

If you only hand out IPv4 addresses inside your network and only request IPv4 from your ISP, you can largely ignore the IPv6 space on either side of the router.

@d0ugmac1 Thank you, how do I do that?

I'm controller based, but there is a tickbox for IPv6 on the WAN:
As far as I know, if your WAN doesn't have an IPv6 address from your ISP, then your clients are effectively isolated.
I have been using this to force my Xfinity TV boxes to use IPv4 only.

Just validated this, you need both WAN and LAN configured for IPv6 in order to get an LAN address (my ISP provides both IPv4 and IPv6 WAN addresses). I disabled the LAN config for IPv6 and Airplane-mode cycled my phone. When it came back up, no more IPv6 IP, gateway or DNS servers. I then disabled my WAN IPv6 config for good measure. Poof! right back to the 1980's ;)
