Hi All,

I hope the moderators help us to configure or at least someone can share what they did to make it work. I tried everything I knew but still got the same error.

  @2Dr

Hi, what exactly do you want to achieve? Omada router has added LDAP Authentication for PPTP/L2TP/OpenVPN and Web Authentication, while Web Authentication only support in Standalone mode. Do you want to use LDAP with the portal?

Hi, I want to use LDAP authentication for my VPN servers, but there isn't enough support or KB to implement this.

  @Virgo

Hi, I already checked it out, and it didn't work also. I tried to use LDP tool to test LDAP connection and work with same creds so I can't still figure out what is the problem in the Omada LDAP profile config.

  @Tedd404

Yes, I followed this guide https://www.tp-link.com/ph/support/faq/3571/ and many others.

Here's a screenshot of what it should be configured based on the guide above.

Still not working with 5.12.9

"Failed to search the directory. Please check the LDAP server configurations." is all a valid LDAP-Configuration shows.

More verbosity on errors would be nice in general.
It's a "Backend-Software-Defined-Networking-Administration-Tool" - not a Frontend for user unaware of technical details.
