Hi @RajanGarg

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

What kind of IP did you use? You should type the IP address of 192.168.1.2(WAN).

@RajanGarg since you are effectively trying to access the AX10 from the WAN, you will need to enable remote management https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1553/

Hi @RajanGarg

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Well, it is supposed to work like that. This is how you access your router from the public Internet.

At the same time, did you follow #3 who posted a link to show you to enable remote access?

If you followed that, and this does not work, that's not a problem with the ER605 but the Archer. I suggest you contact the home support team about this.

If you want me to help you, at least make sure that you have followed the steps. Access 192.168.1.2 from subnet 192.168.1.1/24. Remote access is enabled.

If you fail on this, give more details with the ping result from the computer to that 192.168.1.2, ipconfig of this PC, config on WAN of the Archer.

I don't expect a simple reply like this which isn't helping at all with a problem that's easy to be solved with proper connection.
