Hi, may I know who your ISP is?

Please go to Advanced->Network->Internet page to check if the APN profile is empty, if so, please create a new profile manually.

By the way, the Internet DNS servers are assigned by your ISP, we are unable to manage the Internet DNS Servers, if you would like to set LAN DNS servers, please go to Advanced->Network->LAN Settings to set the DNS servers on DHCP Server part.

Hi, please follow this screenshot, you could set 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 manually as the LAN DNS servers
