Traffic From Wan\LAN to LAN

Hello Guys
I Have a TP-Link router with Two WANs, the second WAN is connected to another branch.
while trying to ping from the other branch , the ping stops on the IP of the WAN and don't go to the lan IP
so the ping stops at the wan ip of the tplink without reaching the lan ip
mentoning that i disabled all firewall options
any suggestions ?

Your question can simply conclude to be "why I cannot access a device behind the NAT".
So, if you want to reach a device behind the NAT, you need to port forward it. Port forward consists of IP address and service port number. How to set up Port Forwarding feature on TP-Link SMB Router (new UI)
Or you can use the VPN. So, by establishing the VPN connection, it allows you to build up a tunnel to another LAN and then you have access to the devices in the LAN.
Turning off the firewall settings would not make a difference at all. Firewall settings on this router are to prevent attacks from public networks. The key here is the NAT. If you are not familiar with what is NAT, please google it and refer to Wikipedia. NAT cannot be disabled on any TP-Link routers.
