Hello @Cozz,

Thank you for your patience. Could you please check whether you have configured the Lock to AP feature on your Nest Protects? You may highlight the Nest Protects in the Insights for Config menu to check it.

If the client is locked to a specific AP (AP1 for example), you may get the Association Failure with the reason of Blocked by ACL when the client is trying to connect to AP2.

Can you still recall the previous firmware of your EAP670? Are you still running with the 1.0.11 beta firmware on your EAP670?

When you find the transmit packets falls to 0, are the 10 users using the 2.4GHz still connected and getting internet connection?

All three EAPs were running 1.0.9. If I could find a copy of it, I would downgrade one or two of my EAPs to see if the issue goes away.

When transmit packets falls to 0, none of the clients connected on the 2.4G band are reachable over the network.

Are you sure the previous firmware was 1.0.9? If yes, where did you download the firmware from?

For EAP670 v1 or v1.26, the recent firmware is 1.0.6, then this 1.0.11 beta, we don't see a 1.0.9 release.

The following is the download link for the 1.0.6 official firmware for your reference.

Hello @Artur.Aragao,

I need to report that yesterday I noticed a sudden drop in the 2.4 GHz signal, recovering only with the restart of the EAP670 V1 device.

I'm wondering whether you still get the "sudden drop in the 2.4 GHz signal" on the EAP670 V1 1.0.11 beta since you last report?

How is the issue going? Did you indeed configure the Lock to AP feature on your Nest Protects? And did you finally resolve the issue by disabling the Lock to AP feature? We are looking forward to your update.

Hi Fae. It was the Lock to AP. I had thought it removed however it was still active. Disabling the feature allowed the Nest to connect again. This is still a bit concerning however, as the Nest is no more than 2m away from the EAP615 AP and it would not connect until it was allowed to connect to an AP that was on the otherside of the house.
