Hello,
I am facing a problem while upgrading firmware to TL-SG1428PE(UN)_V3_1.0.0 Build 20230220. At 15% of the upgrading process I get the message, that an error occurred while upgrading. Unfortunately there is no more detailed information why the error occurs.
Does anyone has a clue?

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Well, check your current firmware build on your switch. Do you upgrade to the latest one? Or the one on Feb 2023?
You can probably upgrade to the Feb 2023 and then to the Jun 2023.
Try the download from this page. Keep your power and cable connected during the upgrade to avoid any damage to the system on the switch.
