That's not possible. OneMesh doesn't support an ethernet backhaul - check OneMesh FAQ - Q5/A5.

Is there another way to do it with cable with mr500 ? Do you have any experience with extenders in onemesh?is it work well ?

If you insist on cable connection you could configure RE315 in AP mode and connect to MR500 to expand its wireless coverage.
This won't be a mesh, but you still will achieve roaming depending on the wireless devices you use in your LAN.

The advantage of RE AP mode is that you can use a cable connection.
The disadvantage is that it's not a mesh and the roaming between REs won't be so smooth as with mesh.
You have to set SSIDs (either the same or different - your choice) on MR500 along with all the REs manually.
There's another option - MR500 with its wireless radio disabled and Deco mesh in AP mode (with ethernet backhaul).
