This Article Applies to:

All business routers.

Issue Description:

1. Incorrect username or password after the firmware upgrade.

Following a firmware upgrade, users may encounter issues with incorrect usernames or passwords in standalone mode. This problem persists whether using auto-fill or a password manager, consistently displaying an "Incorrect username or password" message.

2. Unsupported Browser error when accessing the 192.168.0.1.

After completing the firmware upgrade, attempting to access 192.168.0.1 via a web browser results in an "Unsupported Browser" error message, prompting users to either update their current browser or switch to a different one.

Troubleshooting:

1. Clear the cache and reboot the browser.

In certain firmware upgrades, the login mechanism or security may be changed to improve your experience. This may cause a saved password or login credentials incorrect after the upgrade. Be sure that you clear the cache, reboot the browser, and try again.

2. Check your browser if it needs an update.

Sometimes, your browser may be out of date. Go to Settings on your browser and find the "About" area where you can check for updates. Be sure that the browser is updated.

3. Make sure you are entering the correct page.

In certain application scenarios, there may be multiple routers. Be sure that the correct page of the Omada routers is accessed.
