Please explain how to use or Configure SSL VPN Client in ER605.

you can't configure SSL on it, it doesn't have SSL
Anyhow, Non of routers have SSL Client. only SSL Server. You can try OpenVPN Client if you need to connet a SSL Server.

There must be a mistake in the description, I have an ER605v2 and there is no SSL on it, on the ER8411 and ER707-M2 have SSL VPN.
I doubt there will ever be SSL for the ER605. it is far too weak and is already overloaded with all the latest features.
I think this spesification is up to date.

OpenVPN is considered as a VPN using SSL protocol. That's a part of the introduction on the OpenVPN website.
If you are referring to the OpenVPN, then the device supports OpenVPN indeed. Either as Server or Client.
